GOOD DOG PRIVATE PARTY INFORMATION

Rental Rates

• Private parties are available Sunday through Thursday.  A lunch party may be booked on Friday up until 4pm.  Good Dog is not available for private events from Friday at 4pm through the close of business Saturday. 

• 2nd Floor (up to 45 people for cocktails and hors d’oevres - 30 people maximum for sit-down meal.) $100 per hour with a three-hour minimum Sunday through Thursday.  The party must be a minimum of 20 people (no exceptions.)  

• 2nd & 3rd Floor (up to 125 people for cocktails and hors d’oevres): $200 per hour with a three-hour minimum Sunday through Thursday.  The party must be a minimum of 40 people (no exceptions.)

• Sunday through Thursday Requirements: 3 hour minimum room rental, both a drink and food package must be purchased and the party must be a minimum of 20 people for the 2nd floor and 40 for the 2nd and 3rd floors (no exceptions.)

• Lunch Parties throughout the holiday season: We offer seatings from 11:30am-12:15pm or 2:30-3:30pm for groups of 8 or more.  Groups of 15 or more are required to select a food package.  Groups with less than 15 may order a la carte.  A $75 deposit is required to hold a table.  We do not take reservations between 12:30 and 2:15.

• Buyouts will be calculated on a case by case basis as fees will vary based on day of the week, size of party, the number of staff needed, and the amount of hours Good Dog will have to close to the public

Drink Packages

• Open bar with domestic beer, house wine (red and white), and non-alcoholic drinks: $9 per person, per hour. (Domestic beer includes Philadelphia Brewing Company, Yards and Sly Fox draughts, Miller Lite, Coors Light, Bud and High Life bottles, and PBR cans.)

• Open bar with domestic beer, house wine, well liquor, and non-alcoholic drinks: $12 per person, per hour. (Well liquor includes: StrAvinsky, Three Olives flavored vodkas, Bacardi,  Gordons Gin, Seagrams 7, and Jim Beam; Domestic beer includes all of the above as well as additional seasonal draughts)

• Open bar with domestic and imported beer, premium red and white wines, call liquor, and non-alcoholic drinks: $14 per person, per hour. (Call liquor includes: Stolichnaya, Stolichnaya Flavored Vodkas, Beefeater, Malibu, Captain Morgan’s, Cuervo, Jack Daniels, Crown Royal, Tullamore Dew, and Christian Brothers.)

• Open bar with domestic and imported beer, premium red and white wine, premium liquor, and non-alcoholic drinks: $16 per person, per hour. (Premium liquor includes: Grey Goose, Siembra Azul, Tanqueray, Bulleit Bourbon, Makers Mark, Jameson, Johnny Walker Black, and Crown Royal.)

Food Packages

• Lunch menus are available through 4pm, Dinner menus are available any time.

• If there is anything you do not see listed, but are interested in having please do not hesitate to ask.  Good Dog will always do it’s best to accommodate all requests.

• The menu options are just suggestions, you are welcome to change appetizer and entrée selections within each pricing level.  We will work with you to choose the best menu selection for your event.

• Please be sure to let us know if your party has any special dietary needs such as vegetarian, vegan and/or food allergies.  We want to ensure all guests are accommodated.

• Food tax is 8% and is not included in the per person price. 

Gratuity

• A 20% gratuity will be added to all food and drink packages on the final bill at the event’s end. 

Deposits

• A deposit of 25% of the total estimated party cost is due two weeks prior to the event.  This deposit will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your event before final payment.  This deposit is non-refundable should you cancel your party in seven days or less.  This deposit is refundable should you cancel this party with eight or more days notice. 

Please note that no persons under the age of 21 are permitted on premise after 9pm by law.  Anyone attending an event before 9pm and under the age of 21 must be accompanied by an adult of 25 years or more.
